A fire broke out on January 4, 2025, at a two-story commercial building in downtown Grand Haven, Michigan, resulting in a total loss of the structure. The fire began around 9 p.m. and was extinguished by firefighters by 5:15 a.m. the next day. The building houses 19 tenants, mostly women-owned businesses, but no one was inside at the time, and there were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
