Estimated to cost $175-225 million, the project includes eight buildings for retail, offices, an outdoor music venue, and a 215-key hotel. Goldenrod will handle financing and operations, while the university will benefit from the revenue without incurring debt, aiding in the revitalization of the Iowa State Center.
