A 25-year-old Chilean man, Piero Estefano But-Castillo, was arrested for first-degree murder after beating a 55-year-old hotel resident, Robert Krusinowski, to death at a Kissimmee, Florida, hotel. But-Castillo allegedly used a fire extinguisher during the attack. He also faces charges of resisting an officer and battery. But-Castillo had been evicted from the hotel and is being held without bond.
