Singapore-based Perennial Holdings is expanding its healthcare services in China, focusing on premium care for the country's aging baby boomer population, expected to surpass 400 million in the coming decade. The company is building integrated hospital and rehabilitation facilities in major cities like Tianjin and Chengdu, investing heavily in the "silver economy," which could reach $4.2 trillion. Perennial's projects include the first wholly foreign-owned hospital in China, set to open this year in Tianjin.
