Four people, including two pilots, a doctor, and a healthcare worker, died when their ambulance helicopter crashed into the hospital it had just taken off from in Mugla, southwestern Turkey, before hitting the ground. The accident occurred on Sunday during heavy fog. No injuries were reported among the hospital staff or people on the ground. The incident is under investigation. This crash follows another helicopter accident in Turkey two weeks prior, which killed six soldiers.
