Western Michigan's top defensive linemen are transferring to bigger programs like Washington and Wisconsin.

Western Michigan's defensive line is seeing a significant exodus as players like Anterio Thompson and Corey Walker transfer to bigger programs like Washington and Wisconsin. Thompson, a 6'3", 293-pound defensive lineman, is heading to Washington with two years of eligibility left. Meanwhile, Walker, a 6'5", 270-pound DL who had 5.5 sacks last season, is joining Wisconsin, which has also added Tulane's Parker Petersen and Louisville's Mason Reiger to bolster their defensive front. These transfers aim to strengthen both Washington and Wisconsin's defensive lines.
