The 2046-acre Mawarra grazing property in New England, Australia, was sold at auction for $15.3 million, or about $7,478 per acre. The property, with a carrying capacity of 600 breeders plus replacements, includes 48 paddocks, extensive infrastructure, and diverse water sources. It was sold by the Mills family after 74 years of ownership and marketed by Elders Armidale.
