Three individuals lost their appeal to be tried in a lesser court for breaching restrictions in a teen's murder trial.

Three individuals accused of breaching publication restrictions during the trial of 14-year-old Ana Kriegel's murder have lost their appeal to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court dismissed their appeal, agreeing that the offenses were not minor and justified a trial in the Circuit Court before a judge and jury.
