A Garden Grove family was burglarized on Halloween while trick-or-treating, losing valuables.
A Garden Grove family experienced a burglary while trick-or-treating on Halloween. The couple, Vicki Nguyen and Peter Lee, discovered their tire slashed and received alerts about a break-in. Thieves, dressed in dark clothing and masks, stole a large safe with valuable items, including jewelry and guns. They fled in a gray Chrysler Pacifica. The police are investigating and asking for information to help identify the suspects.
