Wyllow-Raine Swinburn, a three-day-old baby, died after her mother, Amelia Pill, struggled for seven minutes to reach emergency services on September 30, 2022. Despite performing CPR for 40 minutes, Wyllow-Raine was pronounced dead at the hospital after the ambulance arrived over 30 minutes after the call. An internal investigation concluded that the baby's cardiac arrest likely began before the 999 call, with the response time deemed not significantly influential. A full inquest is scheduled for December 2024.
