Singer Michael Ball overcame anxiety and agoraphobia, returning to the West End after nine months of isolation.

Singer Michael Ball shared his experience of battling anxiety and agoraphobia after stepping back from the stage in 1986 due to panic attacks while performing in Les Miserables. After nine months of isolation, he was encouraged to return to the West End by producer Cameron Mackintosh. Though he still faces anxiety, Ball has developed strategies, including hand-tapping, to manage his nerves before performances.
