Arizona Supreme Court Justice Robert Brutinel retires, allowing Democratic Governor Katie Hobbs to appoint a new justice.

Arizona Supreme Court Justice Robert Brutinel announced his retirement, effective October 31, ending over 40 years in law and judiciary.
