An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Brandon Ramirez in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on August 7. Ramirez, who was known to the suspect, was taken to the hospital, where he died two days later. The suspect was detained for an unrelated matter elsewhere.
