Roxana Allison, 37, was killed in a car-train collision on KY 70 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, about 8 miles east of Madisonville. Driving westbound, her vehicle struck an eastbound train at a crossing. The Muhlenberg County Coroner pronounced her dead at the scene.
