A 60-year-old man from Elgin, Manitoba, died in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 23 near Ninette on Thursday afternoon. His SUV, traveling at high speed, veered into a ditch, struck an approach, and rolled multiple times. Emergency services found him unrestrained and pronounced him dead at the scene. The RCMP is currently investigating the crash.
