Jeremy Somday, 44, was killed in a hit-and-run in downtown Spokane on August 30. Police arrested 55-year-old Dom D. Felix, the driver of the vehicle involved, a 2009 Toyota Venza. Felix, who has a history of drug-related offenses, reportedly admitted to being under the influence of methamphetamine at the time of the incident. He is currently held on a $250,000 bond, facing charges for the fatal accident.
