A female driver struck a pedestrian on 2nd Avenue East on Friday afternoon, dragging him several feet before leaving the scene after acknowledging the victim at a red light. The injured man was treated for minor injuries at Brightshores Health Service in Owen Sound. Owen Sound Police are looking for witnesses and dashcam footage to aid their investigation; anyone with information is encouraged to contact Constable Neumann at 519-376-1234 ext. 1204.
