Twenty university students in Australia completed the IFPA-NZ Career Pathways Program, which connects them with leaders in the fresh produce industry. This year, the program funded travel and attendance at the Hort Connections trade show in Melbourne. Now in its 10th year, the initiative aims to attract talented students by showcasing diverse career opportunities and offering mentorship, internships, and a future Virtual Certificate Program.
