Khalil Rountree, ranked 8th in light heavyweight division, received a reduced 4.5-month suspension after self-reporting his positive drug test for Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). The Nevada Athletic Commission's lesser penalty was due to his proactive self-reporting. Rountree will now compete against light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira at UFC 307 on October 5.
