29-year-old Starla Paige Stamey from Morganton, NC was arrested and charged with five counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor following a joint investigation with the FBI. Stamey's fiancé, Andrew Clay Devinney, 30, was also arrested on eight counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The charges involve allegations of Stamey taking nude photos of a 9-year-old girl in the shower and Devinney sending her child sexual abuse material, including videos of girls aged 8-14. Both are in custody awaiting court appearances.
