Proptech startup HouseEazy, operating a marketplace for resale homes, raised $7M in Series A funding led by Chiratae Ventures. The company aims to expand in new geographies, strengthen its brand, and improve product offerings, using the funds. HouseEazy provides real-time price quotes for sellers, refurbished inventory for buyers, and service facilitation including mortgage, legal, and registry. The startup serves over 1,000 customers and aims to reach a GMV ARR of Rs 1,800 crore within 15-18 months in the NCR market.
