70-year-old Washington County resident, Michael Matyas, won $1 million from a Pennsylvania Lottery ticket purchased at an Exxon gas station. The retired man, who recently retired for the second time, plans to help his children, pay off bills, and enjoy golfing with the winnings. Matyas bought the winning ticket on July 19th, the day of the drawing, but didn't check it until two days later.
