7-year-old girl allegedly defiled by tenant Kareem Mojeed in Ibadan, case adjourns until Oct 14.
Tenant Kareem Mojeed, accused of defiling his landlord's 7-year-old daughter in Ibadan, Nigeria, has been remanded at Agodi Correctional Facility. The case, presided over by Chief Magistrate Mrs Olabisi Ogunkanmi at Iyaganku Family Court, has adjourned until Oct 14 to await the Director of Public Prosecutions' advice. The alleged act contravenes Section 34 of Oyo State Child's Rights Law, 2006.
