ICRA predicts moderate 13-15% growth in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) Asset Under Management (AUM) to around ₹50 lakh crore in India's FY25, down from 18% growth in FY24. NBFCs may face funding challenges, increased costs of funds by 20-40 basis points, and a decline in profitability by 25-45 basis points. NBFC loan quality in retail assets excluding housing finance companies may worsen by 30-50 basis points in the current fiscal.
