Pampa Police identified Jaden Wagner as suspect in a fatal shooting on Beech Lane, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Isaac Martin and injury of a 16-year-old. Wagner, currently in custody, faces murder and aggravated assault charges. The Criminal Investigations Division and Texas Rangers are jointly investigating, with further updates to come.
