Acting Governor of Astrakhan Region, Pavel Pautov, presented "Caspian Today", an information platform aiming to address information gaps and enhance accessibility amidst global information warfare. It provides news in six languages, including Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Turkmen, and English. The 9th Caspian Media Forum, with around 120 foreign guests from Caspian Sea countries, focuses on "Dialogue of Cultures as the Basis for the Development of the Caspian Region".
