2017 yellow Dodge Charger driver, reaching 100 mph, crashes into a Virginia house, offers bribe, flees scene without arrest.
In Manassas, Virginia, a driver lost control of his 2017 yellow Dodge Charger, reaching speeds of 100 mph, and crashed into a residential property, plowing through a fence, across a yard, and into an above-ground pool filled with thousands of gallons of water. The homeowner, Jan Querdibitty, was awakened by the incident and approached the driver, who offered her a $50,000 bribe in exchange for not calling the police. Querdibitty declined the bribe and called the police instead. The driver fled the scene without his car, and his name remains undisclosed; he has not been arrested.
