11-year-old Joe Petraro, diagnosed with both Tourette's syndrome and a genius-level IQ of 168, will attend Louisiana State University this fall. Having faced academic struggles and bullying, Joe graduated from both middle and high school in just two years. He plans to study sports leadership remotely, with aspirations to become a broadcaster.
