New Orleans police seek two suspects for allegedly stealing human remains, including a 23-year-old's cremated ashes, and a cargo tricycle from an apartment building on July 18. The victim's family received the remains and a piece of art from the deceased. Security footage from the apartment building showed the thieves taking both the package and the tricycle. The police shared photos and are asking for public assistance in identifying and locating the suspects.
