42-year-old Daniel Tomasky of Shirley was indicted for assault and related charges following a stabbing incident at Adventureland Amusement Park in July 2024. The altercation with the victim's family led to Tomasky stabbing the victim, who was then taken to Nassau University Medical Center. Tomasky was charged with assault in the first and second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third and fourth degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.
