9-year-old girl dies after bus collision in Bexleyheath, SE London. The girl and her 5-year-old brother were struck by a bus on Watling Street on August 3. The girl passed away in the hospital on August 5, while her brother was admitted as a precaution. The bus driver was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and drug-driving and has been bailed pending further investigations. Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are leading the investigation and are urging witnesses to come forward.
