Google is reportedly developing a minimalist weather app with a gradient background changing based on weather conditions for its upcoming Pixel 9 series. The app features a larger temperature display and customization options, and will initially be exclusive to the Pixel 9, later rolling out to other Pixel devices. The new weather app offers hourly and 10-day forecasts, humidity, sunrise/sunset, wind, AQI, visibility, UV index, and pressure, with cards (except hourly forecast) rearrangeable by users. The beloved weather frog mascot is absent in the leaked images, but may return before the app's official release.
