52-year-old Edward Trotter, owner of Polly's Total Eclipse vape shop in Grand Island, was arrested for drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of money during a drug transaction, and possession of a controlled substance. A drug task force discovered approximately 50 fentanyl pills, 1.5 hydrocodone pills, $600 cash, and four pounds of marijuana in his business during a search.
