38-year-old Angela Hart, a missing Moorhead woman, was found dead in a tall, grassy area of a public park on July 27th. Her body was discovered by a bystander and police reported that she had been there for some time, with no initial apparent signs of trauma. Hart's body will be taken to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy and the investigation is ongoing.
