27-year-old Jibril Abukar in Rochester, charged in a major drug importing case, is given the chance to have a felony conviction related to the case expunged. Abukar was accused of receiving a package from co-defendant John Michael Ask, who was under investigation for drug trafficking. Police executed a search warrant at Abukar's residence, seizing 23g of crack cocaine, 20g of unidentified white powder, and a digital scale.
