In Roseburg, Oregon, rewards have been doubled to $2,000 for info leading to arrest/citation of those using pellet guns to harass/kill deer, after multiple black-tailed deer carcasses were found in the Meadows neighborhood. Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife troopers discovered five carcasses, with one dying from a pellet lodged in its lung. Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease, which affects deer, is also present in the area.
