4 Allegheny Wood Products (AWP) assets, including 2 dry kilns in Hazelton and Petersburg, and 2 sawmills in Kingwood and Riverton, are set to be sold. Canadian company Goodfellow Inc. agreed to purchase the dry kilns for $6.25M, while Virginia's Charles City Timber and Mat will acquire the sawmills for $9.25M. Court-appointed Receiver Chris Deweese stated that these are the next four core assets to be sold, with other remaining assets also set for sale.
