Montana's largest nursing home, The Ivy At Great Falls, closes due to Medicare and Medicaid termination over quality issues and violations.

Montana's largest nursing home, The Ivy At Great Falls, plans to close after being terminated from the federal Medicare and Medicaid program due to serious quality issues and patient care violations. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) ended its relationship with the 278-bed facility after it failed to meet participation requirements. Any patients admitted after July 9 will not be eligible for reimbursement, while those currently at the facility will receive coverage for 30 days after the closure date.
