84-year-old Palm Desert man, David Bell, died in a head-on collision with a propane truck in Johnson Valley, San Bernardino County. The crash involved a Toyota Prius and a Ford F-550 pickup truck carrying propane. Bell's car crossed into the northbound lane, resulting in the fatal crash. Two other patients were transported to a trauma center, and the condition of the second patient remains unknown.
