34-year-old John R. Tyson, heir to Tyson Foods and the company's CFO, has pleaded not guilty to charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI). This is the second alcohol-related arrest for Tyson in less than two years; in November 2022, he faced charges of public intoxication and criminal trespassing for allegedly entering a stranger's home in Fayetteville. Following his arrest, Tyson was suspended by Tyson Foods.
