Genius Metals acquires option to purchase 100% interest in the BMR Cu-Au project in Morocco, located southeast of Ouarzazate. The project covers 9 km² and is accessible via national road N9. Genius Metals aims to explore and develop the BMR project while continuing to advance North American assets. The permit area features historical copper and manganese workings and comprises volcanic and volcano-clastic terrains of Ediacaran age.
