Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) launched a medical outreach initiative in Gwanda district, Zimbabwe, supporting the Health and Child Care ministry in accessing hard-to-reach artisanal gold miners. The comprehensive basic healthcare program aims to bridge the health services gap and provide essential services directly to miners' doorsteps. Artisanal miners and small-scale mining communities have limited access to primary health services.
