Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthi rebels have agreed to release Mohammed Qahtan, a key member of the Saudi-backed government, in a deal with the Saudi-backed government in Aden. Qahtan, a leader of the Islah party, will be exchanged for 50 Houthi bodies if he is dead, or 50 live Houthi detainees if he is alive. The deal forms part of ongoing prisoner release talks, facilitated by Oman and the United Nations, aimed at ending Yemen's decade-long civil war.
