China accused of using aid to sway Solomon Islands' political order; PM disagrees. Leader of Independent Group, Peter Kenilorea Jr., tells RNZ Pacific that China's aid through the Rural Sustainable Development Program is allegedly used to "sway people to join government from the opposition" for accessing funds. Kenilorea believes both China and the government are responsible for political manipulation.
