Croda International appoints Johnson Matthey's CFO, Stephen Oxley, as new CFO and Executive Director, with a start date no later than April 1, 2025. Oxley brings extensive experience in strategy, business performance, and corporate transactions. Anthony Fitzpatrick, currently responsible for strategy, corporate development, and industrial specialties, will serve as interim CFO during the transition.
