Humberside Police Chief Constable Paul Anderson announces his retirement after one year in the role, having served in the force for 34 years. Anderson became the Chief Constable in August 2023 after previously serving as the force's Assistant Chief Constable and Deputy Chief Constable. Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner Jonathan Evison will now begin the process of appointing a new Chief Constable.
