He allegedly threatened deputies with scissors & faces felony charges of obstructing/resisting with a deadly weapon, assault on law enforcement with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor failure to extinguish a fire, & gross misdemeanor destroying another's property. The incident occurred when deputies assisted in putting out a fire that threatened nearby buildings.
