Azerbaijani officials sign MoU for ECOLEAD project in Khankendi city, focusing on environmental protection.
Azerbaijani officials, including Deputy Prosecutor General Heydar Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Umayra Taghiyeva, and Rector of Baku State University Elchin Babayev, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the ECOLEAD project in Khankendi city. The MoU aims to investigate illegal actions against environmental protection, prevent violations, share knowledge and information, and expand cooperation for more efficient and effective performance of responsibilities.
