India and Bangladesh signed agreements to expand cooperation in maritime security, space, and telecommunication sectors, aiming to strengthen defense ties and present India as a regional power amidst strategic competition. The countries also discussed enhancing military cooperation, jointly developing capabilities, and cooperating on the Teesta River water issue. Additionally, they agreed on introducing e-visas for medical tourists, a new train service, a new bus service, and joint manufacturing of a small satellite.
