Former Manchester United footballer Nicky Butt has been banned from driving for 12 months, ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, and fined for causing a road accident that left a motorcyclist with a broken leg. The incident occurred in October 2022 when Butt pulled out in front of Adam Fielding's motorbike. Butt admitted to causing serious injury by careless driving in an earlier hearing and must also pay a £140 government surcharge and £85 costs.
